Meet the Harcourts Gawler team
At Harcourts Gawler, our staff work as one team, and we do not portfolio our properties. This means that if a tenant or landlord phones in, someone will always be available to assist with their needs. If someone is off sick, your property needs are still met, as other team members will ensure everything is handled on time with the utmost care. The team also keep each other accountable to ensure we maintain our high standard of property management.

Julie has resided in Gawler most of her life and, as a result, has vast local knowledge of Gawler and the surrounding areas. She spent the first part of her career in financial and management accounting, including 7 years as the Financial Controller for Harcourts South Australia. Julie is an investor with rental properties of her own. When the opportunity to become a business owner of Harcourts Gawler in 2009 arose, she seized it with a strong desire to provide quality service, ensuring that the business is known for taking property management to the next level. Julie has qualifications in accounting and property services, so attention to detail and service is number one.
Dennis moved to Gawler in the late 1980s after spending his childhood on the family farm near Wudinna on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula. Since then, he has lived in the Gawler district most of the time and has resided in Evanston Park since 1994. Dennis brings the country values and work ethic gained from his upbringing to the table at Harcourts Gawler. As Director of the company, he is a firm believer in the Harcourts value of ‘doing the right thing’, this is always in the forefront of his mind as business is conducted. Dennis’ goal is to provide a property management service of the highest level and for Harcourts Gawler Property Management to be known as the ‘best in town’.
Jessica started her Real Estate career in 2019 as a Property Management Assistant based out of Port Adelaide. She worked in this role and as the office’s Trust Administrator until 2023 when she had some time away to start her family. Jessica commenced as the Sales Administrator for Harcourts Barossa Real Estate in May 2024 and jumped at an opportunity late in the year to return to Property Management, this time with us at Harcourts Gawler.
Jessica is a highly motivated hardworking individual who enjoys challenges. She works best under pressure and prefers the stimulation of consistent work, setting high standards to go along with a meticulous attention to detail and valued professional reputation.
Her two young daughters ensure she is kept on her toes when not at work.
Shei brings a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to property management. She is committed to putting her clients needs first, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
What makes Shei stand out is her outstanding communication skills and her constant drive to expand her knowledge in the industry. This dedication allows her to not only meet but often exceed expectations, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Transitioning from Broken Hill to the Barossa/Gawler area, Shei has embraced the faster-paced environment of property management in the region.
Shei values community-based living and strives to build meaningful relationships with both landlords and tenants. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail guarantee that everyone she works with receives the best care and service in property management.
Kimberlee joins us at Harcourts Gawler after successfully completing a traineeship with Coast2Country Property Services, out of which she has attained her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice along with a wide range of property management hands on experience. Her Certificate IV also provided knowledge and experience in Sales and Administration, giving Kimberlee a good understanding of Real Estate more widely.
In addition to her Real Estate experience she has also run her own business which allowed Kimberlee to develop and enhance her skills and knowledge around client experience, provision of quality service and development of leadership. She is passionate about creating an exceptional journey for all clients and aims to create and maintain customer relationships through strong communication and confidence in her knowledge of best real estate practices and the current market position. Kimberlee prides herself on her strong work ethic, integrity, adaptability, willingness to learn and thrives as she chases new goals.
Kimberlee is a dance teacher/choreographer in her spare time.
Carolyn has joined our team as a Property Manager Assistant. This is a career change for her and she is adapting to her new role very well, showing eagerness, willingness to learn new things and always looking for self improvement. To complete her property management accreditation and to jump into a completely new career is testament to her ‘have a go’ attitude and ability to accept the challenges that this brings.
Her traits include flexibility, reliability and excellent time management skills, which are some of the not negotiables in property management. She also brings enthusiasm, self-motivation, responsibility and a strong work ethic to her everyday. This is very much appreciated by her work colleagues as well as the landlords, tenants and trades people she connects with as part of her role.
Carolyn currently lives in Nuriootpa and has been a Barossa local for 30 years. She has 3 daughters, two of which are adults, along with her youngest who is still at high school.
Chetna has been working as a property manager since February 2022 and brings a wealth of hands-on experience optimizing residential portfolios, driving high tenant retention, and maximizing asset value to her role with us at Harcourts Gawler. She values clear and proactive communication with tenants, property owners, and contractors with the strong desire to maintain positive relationships.
She is a highly organized person who brings impressive levels of efficiency, accuracy and financial management acumen to her day to day, along with strict compliance with local residential tenancy laws, building codes, and safety regulations to minimize risks for all.
Chetna enjoys spending time outside work with her family which includes her husband and young son.
Maddie is a motivated and reliable member of our team who looks after the administration activities associated with our properties. She enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, so fits in very well in our bustling property management office. Her strong work ethic, clear communication, high work standards and quest to learn new skills add value to what Maddie brings to the workplace. She enjoys working with others in a team environment and is always keen to assist her clients and co-workers any way that she is able.
