Harcourts Gawler is delighted to announce that as of the 1st of February 2025 we have acquired Barossa Rental Specialists (BRS) who used to operate as a Property Management only agency out of Murray Street Tanunda. We would like to extend a warm welcome to all Landlords and Tenants that used to be serviced by Lisa Akeroyd and her expert BRS Property Management team. We will be working very closely with Lisa over the coming months to ensure that we understand all of the properties that we will be managing and are looking to make this transition as seamless as possible. Rest assured that providing quality service is something that Harcourts Gawler aspires to as we strive for excellence.
Our main office for property management will remain in Gawler where we solely focus on property management, but we do have our Harcourts Barossa Real Estate office at 104 Murray Street Tanunda, right across the road from where BRS used to operate from. Our property management team will work between our Gawler and Tanunda offices to ensure we can be accessed easily and efficiently. To assist with service continuity, we are ecstatic to have both Shei Mitchell (Property Manager) and Nici Doecke (Maintenance Coordinator) from BRS having moved to work as part of our Harcourts Gawler/Barossa team. Nici will be based in Tanunda and Shei will mostly work from our Gawler office.
